1. Clean your face at night before you go to sleep.
2. Depending on your skin type: Do not use a cleanser in the morning. Instead, wash your face with water only.
3. If you wake up with oily skin on your face, spread it with your palms. It's like a moisturizer made especially for you by your body.
4. Use pure moisturizers for all body areas. It is not necessary to use different moisturizers i.e. eye cream, face cream, night cream, hand cream, body lotion etc.
5. You should treat your face to sunlight for at least 15 minutes a day.
6. Soothing facials are better than aggressive cleanses and scrubs. A gentle over-the-counter pore cleanser is fine.
7. Did you know that your skin naturally exfoliates. When you use chemical exfoliants to speed up the natural skin cycle, you're exposing delicate new skin before it's ready. Using a light mask or gentle exfoliant is fine.
8. Investing in your physical and mental health is the best skin care you can practice.
9. Maintain your lips regularly with a moisturizing balm.
10. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
